The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through our website. www.hooraychildrensstore.com or www.hullabalookid.com.
At HullaBaloo Kid, our online store, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the shipped date. Items will not be accepted past 30 days of the shipped date, and will be considered a final sale. All items must be returned with tags and/ or in original packaging. All End-of-Season Clearance merchandise (40% and more) and Gift-Cards are final Sale. Personalized Items, Hair Accessories, and Swimwear cannot be returned for hygienic purposes. Soiled, worn, and dirty items will not be accepted and a refund will not be processed. HullaBaloo Kid reserves the right to charge a restock fee for non-compliance to our policy or to deny a return in part or full.
Please allow 30 days for any refunds or credits to be processed and appear on your statement.
For returns or exchanges, please mail items back with a copy of your invoice or order number. We suggest all return packages be insured and have a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Please remember that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable on returns/ exchanges. If you would like an exchange, please mail your item back and phone us so we may reserve the correct size/ item for you.

A sales tax of 7% will be added to all orders shipped within the state of Indiana.
Orders will be processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1-2 business days. Items ordered after store hours will be processed the next business day. All domestic internet orders are shipped Monday through Saturday by USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number. Please contact us directly if you need a rush delivery on your order. Packages going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Territories, APO addresses, will also be sent by USPS Priority Mail.
Items of odd shape, excessive size, or weighing over 10 pounds may be subject to additional shipping charges. You will be notified via email if any additional charges apply to your purchase.
We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING on orders over $100.
All international packages are shipped First Class International Mail. We require that ALL international orders placed must reconfirm a FULL shipping address during check-out. International customers are also responsible for any duties or customs fees applied by the destination country.
IMPORTANT: Note that First Class International does not provide a tracking number and there is no way to determine the location of your package once it leaves the United States. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee delivery for items sent First Class International. If your package does not arrive, it will be up to you to file a claim with the US Postal Service.
We take your privacy very seriously and will not share any information with anyone. All sensitive information will be deleted after your order is processed and shipped. We do not keep your bank or credit-card information on file for any reason.
